  1. SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

Program Description:

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, property alerts, consultation scheduling, follow-up communications, service updates, and requested property information to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications from Lorena P. Hernandez, LLC d/b/a The South Florida Home Guide. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent or through other explicit opt-in methods.

Cancellation Instructions:

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Supported Carriers:

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Age Restriction:

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program or use our real estate services.

Consent Not Required:

Your consent to receive SMS communications is never a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

SMS Data Protection:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors solely in support of service delivery is permitted under strict confidentiality agreements. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will never be shared with any third parties outside of approved SMS aggregators and messaging service providers.
